Bergen Village Shopping Center is located in Evergreen, Colorado, and home to several commercial tenants, including office, retail, and restaurant tenants. EVstudio has had the privilege of providing A/E services for multiple tenant improvement projects for Bergen Village ranging from 1,200 sq.ft. retail and office tenant finish to 2,400 sq.ft. restaurant spaces. By utilizing EVstudio’s multiple in-house disciplines, our client only needed one design partner, thus experiencing a smoother, faster and more efficient TI process.
