At EVstudio, we like a good challenge, and a challenge is what we got when we purchased the “Martischang” building from Brue Baukol Capital Partners to secure our future in the greater Denver area. This seven-story office building offers ample growth for our firm while acting as an incubator of small businesses. Along with office space for EVstudio, the project included tenant finish for over nine tenants in excess of 30,000 sq.ft. EVstudio has heavily invested and continues to do so, our resources in turning this once neglected building into an office space that allows for collaboration, easy office layouts, and functionally-fun common areas.
