The Zuni Apartments is a new development in Denver, Colorado and EVstudio provided MEP and Structural Engineering services for these apartments. This development consists of two three-story buildings totaling 129,000 +- GSF of residential, retail and garage space. The first building features retail and restaurant amenities on the first level with two levels of apartments containing 54-65 units. The second building is residential and parking featuring 31-40 units on the residential levels.
