Our design team provided architectural, interior, mechanical, and civil services for this project. The work began with the full demolition of an existing structure. This step allowed the team to reimagine the site and create a four-story building with a unique stepped form. The design also uses angled wall geometry to add depth and visual movement to the exterior.
This modern structure reflects Boise’s evolving architectural identity. While the building uses bold lines, it still offers warmth and human scale through strategic material choices and careful detailing.
