A hydrant extension was needed during the development of multiple lots in Lakewood, CO inside the CMWD boundary.  EVstudio civil engineering worked with the District and owner to create Construction Documents that were acceptable to both parties. As part of a development in Jefferson County, changes were made to the regional drainage plan for the area.  EVstudio civil engineering assisted in modifying the regional drainage report as well as providing construction documents for the rerouted drainage channel and water quality improvements along the channel. EVstudio civil engineering worked hand-in-hand with both a local school district and the Lakehurst Water and Sanitation District to relocate existing water main and modify the existing sanitary infrastructure.  ~350 feet of 8″ main was relocated due to a modification to an access and street connection.  This includes multiple bends and valves as well as
