Ross has acquired a broad base of experience utilizing a variety of material types on projects ranging from industrial, residential, commercial and governmental structures from working as a structural engineer for close to ten years. He is comfortable working individually or as part of a design team on projects from the preliminary design phase to the end of the construction phase.

He began his career by moving to Colorado to design pre-manufactured metal buildings. After several years, he moved on to Florida and became a vital part of a design team with projects ranging from custom residential homes on the gulf coast to multi building government complex. After experiencing one too many hurricanes, he returned to the Front Range and manages small to mid-size projects.

On the weekends, Ross tries to keep up with his two young boys with the help of his wife, Jenny.
