I attended the Platte Park People’s Association (3PA) to make a presentation of the current design for the proposed triplex on Ogden street. After a great deal of debate on our solution the 3PA took a straw poll of the members in attendance. They came out 34-4 in support of moving forward with the process of rezoning it to a Planned Unit Development (PUD). In addition the client has gathered dozens of signatures in support of the project. There are a lot of steps and more meetings to come but it is nice to see our client’s project and our solution garner this sort of support.
