This home, currently in the schematic design phase, is a custom designed residence and will be located near Pine, Colorado, west of Denver. The home features a woodworking shop, an artists studio, an exercise room, and the owner has dedicated a space for personal small batch beer brewing. A large rear deck for entertaining and outdoor living is open to some great views to the south. Although not captured in this video, expansive views afford the residents peace and tranquility from today’s fast paced lifestyle.
