Welcome to EVstudio: Jorge Quinones

EVstudio is excited to welcome Jorge Quinones to the team! With a strong foundation in architectural design and a passion for art and creativity, Jorge brings both technical experience and artistic perspective to our studio.

Educational Background and Early Career

Jorge grew up between Chihuahua, Mexico and Fort Collins, Colorado. He attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Architecture. During his time at CU Boulder, he also pursued a minor in Art History, focusing on Roman sculpture.

Following graduation in 2022, Jorge moved to New York City to begin his professional career. He worked as an Architectural Designer at Selldorf Architects for three years, gaining valuable experience in design and project development.

Jorge is currently studying for his architectural licensure exams and has plans to return to school to pursue a Master of Architecture in the future.

A Passion for Art and Creativity

Beyond architecture, Jorge has a deep appreciation for the arts. His background in art history has shaped his interest in sculpture and portraiture, and he actively creates his own work through oil painting and detailed drawings. Recently, he has been expanding his creative practice into sculpture.

Outside the Office

In his free time, Jorge enjoys exploring new cuisines—especially Indian food. He’s currently learning how to cook a variety of Indian dishes, a hobby he shares with his girlfriend.

For a bit of fun, he also enjoys watching the early 2000s TLC show 4 Weddings, calling it a “bad but entertaining” guilty pleasure.

Welcome to the Team

We’re thrilled to have Jorge join EVstudio and look forward to the creativity and experience he brings to the team.
