Welcoming Dave Carpenter to EVstudio’s Civil Engineering Team
Please join us in welcoming Dave Carpenter, who recently joined the EVstudio team!
Bringing Decades of Civil Engineering Experience
Dave brings over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering field, including the last 20 years working in Colorado. Throughout his career, he has focused primarily on commercial and industrial design, while also contributing to a variety of residential projects.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Colorado and Wyoming, bringing valuable regional expertise and technical knowledge to EVstudio’s integrated design approach.
Prior to joining EVstudio, Dave owned and operated his own civil engineering firm, DAC Consulting, for six years. His experience as both an engineer and business owner adds a unique perspective that strengthens our Civil Engineering Studio.
Community Leadership and Industry Involvement
In addition to his professional work, Dave is highly active in the local community. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Westminster Planning Commission and previously spent four years on the Board of Directors for the Westminster Chamber of Commerce.
During his time with the Chamber, Dave contributed to event setup efforts and participated in the Government Affairs Committee. His ongoing involvement reflects a strong commitment to shaping and supporting the communities where he lives and works.
Life Outside the Office
Outside of work, Dave has a passion for music and the outdoors. He sings in a Denver-based chamber choir and enjoys attending live music events, especially bluegrass, jamband, and classic rock shows.
When he’s not at a concert or rehearsal, you can find him exploring Colorado’s outdoors. Dave enjoys hiking and snowshoeing and has completed an impressive 32 of Colorado’s 14ers. He also spends time with his cocker spaniel, Lincoln.
