Please join us in welcoming Tom Hoover to EVstudio! Tom joins our Colorado Springs office as our new Director of Architecture—be sure to say hello and introduce yourself if you’re in the area.
Leading Architecture with Experience and Vision
Tom is a licensed architect with experience collaborating with some of the top architecture firms both in Colorado and nationally. His portfolio spans a diverse range of project types, including hospitality, residential, commercial, mixed-use, higher education, and municipal work.
He is highly design-centric and passionate about thoughtful, evolving design. Tom places strong emphasis not only on the end result, but also on the design process and team dynamics that help bring projects to life. His approach aligns closely with EVstudio’s integrated, multidisciplinary philosophy.
Advancing Sustainable Design
Sustainability is a key focus in Tom’s work. He is actively engaged in energy-focused design and participates in Colorado’s train-the-trainer program, supporting the advancement of sustainable practices within the built environment.
Tom brings a forward-thinking mindset that helps position projects for long-term performance, efficiency, and impact.
Collaboration Across Disciplines
Tom is especially excited to collaborate with teams across EVstudio—including LGA Studio and the firm’s full suite of in-house disciplines. He looks forward to leveraging the depth of talent within EVstudio to create meaningful, high-performing projects.
Life Outside the Office
Outside of work, Tom enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors. He spends his time biking, road biking, and skiing, and enjoys traveling to experience new places, cultures, and design inspiration.
He also has a strong appreciation for food and new experiences—always open to discovering new flavors and perspectives.
