Recently, EVstudio has been on a lot of “top best” lists, and we are humbled and honored, to say the least. Well, we’ve done it again. GC Magazine just named EVstudio as one of The 8 Best Commercial Architects in Thornton, Colorado! We’ve designed multiple projects over the years in Thornton; anything from single-family homes to multifamily buildings to commercial buildings. However, the project featured in this particular article is The Oaks at Eastlake subdivision. So, the “commercial” aspect was stretched to be a “residential community.”
This subdivision aims to provide affordable housing to the rising new home-buyer demographic without putting up another apartment complex allowing no street-scape or privacy. EVstudio worked with the owners to develop the previously blank plot of land into what is now a highly desirable living community complete with a clubhouse for residents.
