Capabilities
The Premier SIPS team can support your project from initial design breakdown through final fabrication. Their process includes:
- Producing custom insulation blocks (approx. 3′ x 4′ x 20′), with a new block created about every 10 minutes.
- Shaping insulation blocks and structurally laminating these to two skins of OSB structural sheathing to form structural insulated panels (SIPs).
- CNC panel cutting to precise patterns, per each building’s custom designs, ensuring accuracy and reducing on-site modifications.
This high level of pre-construction coordination is critical, as panels leave the factory pre-closed on two sides. EVstudio understands these systems and designs with them in mind, helping avoid costly revisions while also supporting scope adjustments when needed.
Facilities:
Premier operates two large fabrication facilities in Belgrade, MT and Puyallup, WA, both capable of producing custom panels up to 8′ x 24′ in size. These large-format panels significantly speed up field installation. Facilities are designed for efficient production, with insulation blocks manufactured, cured, shaped, and then integrated into panels toward the final stage of the process before delivery. Each site also houses a small office for design and operations staff, ensuring close coordination between engineering and production.
