Celebrating Excellence: Highlights from the Denver Metro HBA MAME Awards
The Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) Awards, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, honor the best in homebuilding, marketing, and design. What Are the MAME Awards?
The MAME Awards celebrate innovation and creativity in homebuilding. The event brings together builders, designers, marketers, and sales professionals for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration of the industry’s year of successes. Projects nominated span from the design of single rooms in custom homes to marketing for whole communities in the Denver Metro area.
This Year’s Event
On November 1, 2025, industry leaders gathered at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center for an unforgettable Monte Carlo-themed evening. The event featured elegant dining, entertainment, and an after-party sponsored by top Denver design firms. This year, more than 60 categories highlighted achievements in sales, marketing, design, and community development.
Major Achievements and Winners
As partners in the design space, EVstudio was thrilled to have so many of our clients nominated for and winning awards! From Oakwood Homes’ innovative ‘On2 at Reunion’ product winning Best Interior Merchandising for a Model under $500,000 (a steal in Denver’s market!) to Southern Land Company’s ‘Westerly’ neighborhood winning Community of the Year, EVstudio and our clients endeavor to build multi-disciplinary teams to create affordable and award-winning spaces that meet homeowner’s, homebuilder’s, and community’s high expectations.
