As part of our color selection and design process for the Lakewood Townhomes we looked at three material and color palettes. Below is the second of those schemes. It’s definitely fun, vibrant and exciting. As a multi-disciplinary team we have the staff in house with experience in color selection, interior design and colored renderings. We do this both digitally and by hand depending on the image we want to portray.
Overall the material palette here is a large block or stone material for the base. In the range of 8″x16″ or larger. The main building is a neutral stucco with a light texture. The colored areas are a cement board panel in vibrant colors. All the materials are low maintenance and long lasting. A key feature of the project is ease of maintenance and longevity.
