I spent several hours today at All Kids Dental in Evergreen. The Contractor had layed out all of the interior walls on the floor and we walked through each room verifying that everything was satisfactory. The Tepees Officebuilding is very complicated with lots of structure and varying ceiling heights and it was very worthwhile.
On a side note, the plans that we submitted to Jefferson County passed through the building department without a single review item. Straight to a permit. The Planning Department did have some questions for the building owner about parking but we stepped in and quickly tracked that down for them.
