Thanks to the relatively mild weather thus far this winter season, many of our permitted projects have been able to stay on track with construction. The Cindrich Residence in the Cub Creek Subdivision of Evergreen is no exception. Before construction we put this project high on our priority list to be completed and ready for permit before the frost set in. Although it was close, the foundation and underground infrastructure were accomplished and now the home is in the framing stage and moving right along.
