EVstudio is currently working with a nationwide company based in Kittredge on their new office space. We are revitalizing existing building that has some office space and residential rental units into space to house their entire operations. The new office layouts incorporate plenty of natural light and a very efficient plan.
The overriding design concept on the project is to take an existing non-descript structure along Bear Creek and create a new look that respects and emphasizes the local architectural vocabulary of this small mountain town. The offices will have that mountain town feel on the inside and also incorporate the Colorado lifestyle of enjoying the natural environment in the outdoors spaces.
This office building is steps away from Bear Creek which provides a great atmosphere for working outdoors on the deck. Part of the office culture is to grill outside and play a few friendly rounds of horseshoes to keep the creative energies flowing.
The images below show the existing conditions and the material selection and new window layout. These show the standard level of modeling that EVstudio does as part of every new project. We can also create colored and photo real renderings for use in marketing materials or to just get a better sense of material and color palettes.
