EVstudio Celebrates Five Homes in the 2026 Parade of Homes

It’s officially Parade of Homes season in Colorado Springs, and EVstudio has plenty to celebrate this year!

The 2026 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes runs September 11–27, with homes open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Homes are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so plan your tour accordingly. The annual event, hosted by the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs, showcases new homes throughout El Paso County.

This year is especially exciting for our team. EVstudio worked on five homes featured in the 2026 Parade of Homes! Our involvement spans architecture, drafting, and structural engineering across a diverse collection of homes.

From custom estates to an innovative home with a detached ADU, here are the five projects to look for.

The Greystone (#25)

The Greystone blends natural stone and warm wood with soaring cathedral ceilings and exposed beams. Inside, custom cabinetry, a scullery, four fireplaces, and a spa-inspired primary bath create a refined yet welcoming home.

Sliding glass doors extend the living space outdoors. A mountain stream water feature, fire pit, and hot tub complete the outdoor retreat.

The Emerson Estate (#29)

The Emerson Estate brings French Country inspiration together with contemporary Colorado living. Natural stone, warm wood accents, dramatic rooflines, and expansive windows establish its distinctive character.

Inside, soaring ceilings and a gourmet kitchen lead to spaces designed for gathering. The lower level adds a recreation room, game room, wet bar, bunk room, and guest suites.

Preamble 279 + ADU (#11)

The Preamble 279 makes smart use of space with an open main level, flexible loft, finished basement, and covered patio. Its detached ADU sits above the two-car garage and features a private entrance, kitchen, living area, bedroom, bath, and laundry.

The result is a flexible property designed to accommodate changing lifestyles, multigenerational living, or additional rental space.

Animas Contemporary (#21)

The three-level Animas Contemporary focuses on efficient, functional living. Its open main level connects the great room, dining area, and kitchen, while a covered deck expands the entertaining space.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a walk-in closet and private bath. Additional bedrooms, convenient laundry, and built-in storage maximize the home’s 1,733 square feet.

Brio Collection — Wonder Plan (#16)

Located in Banning Lewis Ranch, the Brio Collection (Wonder plan) balances modern design with everyday functionality. Spacious living areas and flexible rooms provide options for different lifestyles and entertaining needs.

An unfinished basement also provides room to grow, adding even more flexibility to the floor plan.

Having five projects in this year’s Colorado Springs Parade of Homes gives us a great reason to celebrate. Each home reflects a different vision, scale, and approach to Colorado living.

More importantly, they showcase what collaboration can achieve. We’re proud to support the builders, designers, and project teams that brought these homes to life.
