I stopped by the Diamond Building in Bergen Park today and the structure is moving along nicely.
Mark Jermano, with Millennium Builders is managing the project and is expecting to set trusses as early as next week.
We recently completed the main floor TI drawings for Daniel Diamonds and are starting schematic drawings for the entire second floor for another single tenant.
