I recently made a site visit to one of our commercial projects currently under construction located on FM 685 in Pflugerville, Texas. I was doing a routine walk-though with the Texas Accessibility Standards RAS inspector to review portions of the project (site infrastructure’s sidewalk ramps).
This overall project consists of 5 separate projects. There are 3 lots with one building each, for a total of 20,908 s.f. of open retail space and a national stand alone restaurant chain. There is also a public drive connecting the three lots with the existing Stone Hill Town Center shopping center and a private drive connecting FM 685 as shown below. The construction for all 5 portions of the project is being conducted simultaneously with a completion date of the first quarter of 2016.
