Welcoming Ethan Cranmer to EVstudio’s Production Studio
EVstudio is excited to welcome Ethan Cranmer to the team as an Architectural Drafter in our Production Studio. Ethan brings a strong passion for residential design, along with a diverse background that spans both landscape and facility design.
A Strong Foundation in Design
Ethan is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder’s Environmental Design (Architecture) program. Through his academic and professional experiences, he has developed a well-rounded understanding of the built environment, from site planning to building design.
Prior to joining EVstudio, Ethan worked as a Landscape Designer in the Boulder County area and as a Facility Designer at HDR in Denver. These roles helped him build a strong foundation in coordination, design development, and multidisciplinary collaboration—skills that align well with EVstudio’s integrated approach.
A Passion for Residential Architecture
Originally from Windham, New Hampshire, Ethan grew up surrounded by a mix of contemporary and colonial homes. This early exposure sparked his interest in architecture and continues to influence his design perspective today.
Designing single-family homes has been a long-standing goal for Ethan, and he is excited to continue pursuing that passion within the Production Studio. He is currently working toward architectural licensure and looks forward to growing his career at EVstudio.
Life Outside the Studio
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys a mix of creativity and entertainment. One of his favorite guilty pleasure movies is Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, which even inspired the nickname of his cat, “Nibbles,” after one of the film’s memorable characters.
