Located in Meridian, Idaho, the Belltower Office showcases the power of collaboration and purposeful design. Created for Blue Terra Development, one of our long-standing clients, this two-story shell and core building reflects EVstudio’s multidisciplinary strength. Our team provided architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services—all within one firm.
Bringing a Client’s Vision to Life
The Belltower Office began with a clear goal: design a flexible workplace that adapts to many business types. EVstudio worked closely with Blue Terra Development to shape a layout that supports efficiency, comfort, and connection.
The building features five tenant suites with shared conference rooms on both floors. This design promotes collaboration and community while giving tenants the freedom to personalize their spaces.
Industrial Elegance with a Warm Touch
The exterior blends industrial strength with welcoming texture. Bold concrete forms and a clean storefront entry make a strong first impression. To soften the look, our team added vintage wood-look siding and cream stucco accents, creating warmth and visual balance.
Inside, the open shell design gives tenants flexibility to design their interiors while maintaining the cohesive exterior identity that defines the project.
Engineered for Safety and Performance
EVstudio designed the structure using Type V-B wood stud framing for cost efficiency and reliability. A full sprinkler system enhances safety throughout. The building meets all commercial code requirements under a Group B (Business) occupancy classification, ensuring long-term performance and peace of mind.
