An addition to a residence in Cherry Hills Village has recently been completed and the homeowners are thrilled with the results!
Our client wanted a five piece master bath with washer and dryer and a large master closet to compliment their relocated master bedroom. We were able to minimize costs by tucking the portions of the program that could tolerate a lower ceiling under an existing porch roof so we could avoid any modification of the existing structure. We then elevated the plate height of the addition and added clerestory windows around the new sink areas, vanity, shower and closet to create a strong sense of arrival and feeling of lightness in the areas where our clients spend the most time.
