Ovation, previously referred to as Commonwealth Heights is moving along quite quickly. Building 1 is scheduled to be turned over to the owner from Wietz in October of this year. As it can be seen from the photos the exterior finishes are being applied and installed. Drywall is being hung and internal finishes are being installed and walls getting a fresh coat of paint.
Looks good and it will be a fun push to finish….here is hoping to keep the rain from slowing down the pool construction.
