Doors Open Denver 2015 is approaching! Not familiar? Well, hold on to your hats, folks. Have you ever noticed a building in your normal day to day, and wonder what it would be like to go inside, walk around, or even get a guided tour? This is the event for you! The Denver Architecture Foundation presents Doors Open Denver, a Denver tradition bringing building owners together with curious onlookers of all varieties. This year, the theme is Denver Classics Then & Now, with over 50 buildings opening their doors for walkthroughs and guided tours.
Based appropriately enough in the newly remodeled Union Station, this year’s Doors Open Denver includes such offerings as the Byron R. White courthouse, the SugarCube, the Kirkland Museum and the Historic Elitch Gardens Theater. There are alsoa variety of ticketed tours, many of which have already sold out, so check it out while you can.
