EVstudio’s story began in June 2006. Founder Dean Dalvit, AIA, P.E., and Sean O’Hara, AIA launched the firm with a vision for integrated design and engineering services. Together, they challenged traditional industry models while focusing on collaboration, client service, and multidisciplinary expertise. Their approach helped establish the foundation that continues to guide EVstudio today.
Since opening its doors, EVstudio has completed thousands of projects across residential, commercial, educational, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. Furthermore, the firm has expanded its services and geographic footprint while maintaining its entrepreneurial spirit.
A Celebration Worthy of Twenty Years
The anniversary event at Ironworks reflected the energy and culture that define EVstudio. Both Dean and Sean then shared a quick speech thanking everyone for making this possible.
