Tacos, Ping Pong & Good Company: Our Fransen Pittman Happy Hour

Last Friday, our Denver office swapped drawing sets for taco plates. The Fransen Pittman happy hour brought both teams under the same roof for an afternoon of good food and friendly competition.

The Taco Bar Set the Tone

Fransen Pittman catered and their taco bar disappeared fast! Teams filled plates, grabbed a drink, and spread out across the office to talk shop.

Getting to Know the Fransen Pittman Team

Several members of the FP crew joined us, including Project Executive Ben Coleman and Preconstruction Director Alan Anderson. Both brought sharp perspective on how good projects come together long before a shovel hits dirt.

Who Is Fransen Pittman?

Fransen Pittman is a Colorado general contractor founded in 1994. The firm has since grown from a startup with big ideas into one of the state’s respected builders. Today it operates offices in Englewood and Windsor, Colorado, plus Southlake, Texas. Its teams build across K-12 and higher education, healthcare, libraries, government, senior living, and science and industrial markets. They describe their approach as a “culture of precision,” and it clearly runs deep.

Then Came the Ping Pong

Once plates cleared, the ping pong table got busy. Between matches, conversation moved easily from project delivery to weekend plans. That easy back-and-forth is the whole reason we host an EVent like this.

Why the Fransen Pittman Happy Hour Mattered

Design and construction simply work better when people know each other first. Architects, engineers, and preconstruction teams solve problems faster when trust is already in the room. A relaxed Friday afternoon builds that trust. A formal kickoff meeting rarely does. And because our Architecture, Structural, MEP, Civil, and Survey teams all sit under one roof, one good relationship reaches every discipline on a project.

Let’s Build Something Together

Thanks to Ben, Alan, and everyone at Fransen Pittman for the tacos, the games, and the conversation. We’re already looking forward to the next round.
