EVstudio is excited to be one of the many trade partners working alongside Oakwood Homes on the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home Denver Giveaway. Each year, the program brings builders, designers, trade partners, sponsors, and the community together for an incredible cause.
Even better, tickets are on sale now. By reserving a ticket, participants have the chance to win a brand-new home while supporting the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
What Is the St. Jude Dream Home Denver Giveaway?
The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is a fundraising program supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Local builders and trade partners donate their time, expertise, materials, and resources to help make each Dream Home possible.
For 2026, Oakwood Homes is once again the official builder of the Denver Dream Home. According to Oakwood Homes, this marks its 16th year building a St. Jude Dream Home, with more than $21 million raised for St. Jude through its involvement.
The support has an important purpose. St. Jude families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food. This allows families to focus their energy on helping their children.

We are proud to have partnered with them, Oakwood Homes, and the many other trade partners contributing to the St. Jude Dream Home Denver. Every participating company brings a different area of expertise to the project, but everyone shares one goal: helping make the Dream Home a reality while supporting St. Jude.
We are grateful for the opportunity to lend our expertise to a project that brings Colorado’s building community together for such an important mission.
A Look at the 2026 Denver Dream Home
The 2026 St. Jude Dream Home is located in Sky Ranch in Watkins, Colorado.
The completed home is expected to include:
- 4 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- Approximately 1,960 square feet
- An estimated value of $503,000
Tickets are currently available for $100 each, and quantities are limited. The Dream Home and other prizes are scheduled to be awarded on December 10, 2026.
Participants who reserve tickets early may also qualify for additional prizes. As of October 2026, reserving by October 29 provides eligibility for a $10,000 Furniture Row shopping spree. Additional prize deadlines continue through November and early December.
