  1. What happened to “Giovannie’s Restaurant” that use to be on South Yarrow St., Lakewood, Colorado
    Did it move somewhere?
    Thanks

  2. My husband and I visited the new Giovanni’s Restaurant on Saturday and all we can say is WOW –

They really went all out – Booths made from wine barrels, a canal running through the main area and private cubbies tucked here and there. They have a full service espresso and cappuccino bar and are now serving beer and wine. The floors are gorgeous and the bathrooms have the coolest sink I’ve ever seen. This place is huge and still feels cozy. If this is why they stayed in that strip mall for so long… it was well worth the wait.

We were worried that the menu would go up in price – but to our surprise the prices stayed the same and they’ve added to the menu. Their rib-eye marsala is still the best steak around (imho – beats most steakhouse steaks).

  3. This place really rocks in my book. I am of Italian/Scilian decent and my dearly departed family would approve of this. It brings a bit of Tuscany to Cove. So much nicer than the Cove Terrace site. I love the design, and the stone and workmanship. Wonder if they are looking for a new hostess?
