Several members of the EVstudio team visited the recent Infinity Home Collection Open House at Stapleton. EVstudio was the structural engineer for these homes and many other Infinity homes in Colorado.
With four unique model homes, Infinity’s models at Stapleton evoke a substantial amount of WOW. From edgy contemporary to modern farm house, the VUE and the HAUS model lines are sure to attract a wide range of buyers. The VUE line of homes definitely caught my eye. Approaching the VUE model home you are greeted by firm lines, simple columns, overextended beams and dark staggered brick facade accented by simple but elegant lap siding. The facade composition is warmed by the simple touch of lapped wood soffiting and it all comes together with bright but precisely placed exterior lighting. The back yard landscaping is a retreat equipped with outdoor gas burning fire pit, stone ledge seating and faux slate, river stone patio finishes all designed in a staggered pattern with Silver Feather Reed grass plantings as a final piece of the composition. The detail of the VUE line homes is very good. Subtle touches such as the stainless steel door bell, house numbering and mid-century contemporary entry door make this house work! Entering the interior, you are greeted by leaps and bounds of open floor plan which houses the gala style kitchen and centralized entertainment area. The finishes in the kitchen and entertainment area match the character of the contemporary design through use of glass and ceramic tile in the kitchen and warming hard wood finishes on the ceiling of the entertainment area and throughout the cabinetry in the kitchen. The substantial but well balanced amount of windows make this house well lit with minimal auxiliary lighting necessary. The master suite is sure to satisfy even the most acute aristocrat. With his and her master closets, large master bad and bath and a wide range of available finish options to mach the contemporary credentials of this villa, the future buyers are sure to fulfill their inner architectural desires.
