The project for the Krattli’s near Golden, CO consists of an existing home which will largely be demolished. The existing foundation will be the only remaining element and is the basis for our design. Otherwise this will be a brand new home on top of this existing foundation with new exterior materials. Details of the design are still being worked out but as these renderings show, the new home will be a log structure which will be manufactured by Honka, who we’ve had a great relationship with for many years.
