EVstudio proudly partners with Vederra Modular, a new Colorado-based manufacturer focused on affordable housing and modular design. Vederra’s team built homes for Rocky Mountain Home Builders in Evergreen, Colorado, showing strong volumetric experience. They operate a modular manufacturing warehouse in Aurora, Colorado, producing up to 650,000 square feet of housing each year. Their factory supports affordable housing organizations and developers with efficient, eco-friendly construction solutions.

Factory Capabilities: Modular Manufacturing
The Aurora facility includes 16 construction bays and two storage bays for switching production lines. Although newly launched, the team sees significant growth potential in both scale and capacity.
They have a facility in Aurora, CO that is capable of producing modules up to 19′-6″ wide, 72-feet long and about 8′ tall. The facility is a combination of their offices along with their modular construction facility of tables and rail systems that allows them to build modules efficiently and provide inspections while the modules are constructed.
