EVstudio is currently working on the schematic design phase of a mixed-use development in Colorado Springs, CO. The ultimate goal of the client is to complete three components on the approximately 16 acre property, including commercial/retail, 344 Apartment units, and associated Clubhouse facilities with Guest Suites.
