I met with the client and the neighbors for the proposed triplex at 1466 South Ogden Street last night. I think that we’ve come up with an appropriate architectural solution for a tough triangular site backing up to Buchtel then I-25. If this neighborhood were being planned from scratch, this type of denser residential would be a smart way to transition from the single-family homes to the highway. As is, we will need to go through Denver’s Planned Unit Development (PUD) process to rezone for appropriate site use.
