The 2026 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is showcasing 34 homes across the Pikes Peak region. Among them are several projects that EVstudio helped bring to life through design and engineering. The 2026 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes runs through September 27. Homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

French Country Meets Contemporary Colorado
The Emerson Estate pairs classic French Country influences with contemporary finishes. Natural stone, warm wood accents, dramatic rooflines, and expansive windows shape the exterior.
Inside, soaring ceilings create an open and inviting main living area. Statement fireplaces and custom architectural details add warmth throughout the home.
At the center, a gourmet kitchen features an oversized island and professional-grade appliances. The kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas, making entertaining feel effortless.
Meanwhile, the primary suite offers a quieter retreat with a spa-inspired design.

The lower level expands the home’s entertaining possibilities. It includes a recreation room, game room, wet bar, custom bunk room, and additional guest suites.
