Welcoming Blythe Lee to EVstudio’s EVolution Studio
EVstudio is excited to welcome Blythe Lee to the team as an Architectural Drafter in our EVolution Studio. Blythe brings a strong design foundation, diverse project experience, and a thoughtful perspective shaped by both her background and creative interests.
A Growing Career in Architecture
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Blythe began her academic journey there before relocating to Colorado to complete her master’s degree in architecture. As an emerging professional, she has already contributed to a variety of project types, including large-scale developments like the National Western Complex Expo Hall, as well as townhomes, office renovations, and mixed-use commercial spaces.
Blythe is currently working toward architectural licensure and completing her NCARB hours, with a long-term goal of becoming a Project Manager. Her drive to grow within the profession aligns well with EVstudio’s integrated, multidisciplinary approach to design.
Design Perspective Shaped by Experience
Growing up between Tuba City and Albuquerque, Blythe developed an early appreciation for how design connects to community and environment. This perspective continues to influence her approach to architecture today.
Her passion for design also extends beyond the office. Blythe enjoys sewing, a craft that closely mirrors architectural thinking—transforming flat materials into functional, three-dimensional forms. This hands-on creativity adds another layer to how she approaches problem-solving and design development.
Inspiration Beyond the Studio
One of Blythe’s most memorable experiences was traveling to Japan, where she explored the balance between traditional and modern design. This exposure to global architecture and culture continues to inform her creative outlook and attention to detail.
