Welcoming Justin to EVstudio’s EVolution Studio
EVstudio is excited to welcome Justin to the team as an Architectural Project Manager in our EVolution Studio. With a unique blend of architectural and construction experience, Justin brings a practical, well-rounded approach to design that aligns with EVstudio’s integrated, multidisciplinary philosophy.
A Practical Approach to Design
Justin is a licensed Architect in Colorado with NCARB Certification and has experience working both as an architect and a general contractor. This dual perspective allows him to approach projects with a strong understanding of both design intent and real-world constructability.
As a self-described generalist, Justin is known for being adaptable and resourceful—able to navigate a variety of project challenges while keeping both functionality and efficiency in mind. His hands-on experience in construction provides valuable insight into how projects come together in the field, strengthening collaboration across disciplines.
A Global and Creative Perspective
Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Justin has developed a broad perspective shaped by both travel and experience. One of the most impactful places he has visited is Turkey, where he continues to travel regularly. He also reflects on his time as an exchange student in Berlin as a meaningful experience that shaped his worldview and appreciation for architecture and culture.
Life Outside the Office
Outside of work, Justin is highly active and creative. He is passionate about cycling, including gravel riding, mountain biking, and road cycling. He is also an avid gardener and has recently taken up painting, exploring a different form of creative expression.
A fan of film and storytelling, Justin cites Demolition Man as a longtime favorite and names Leeloo from The Fifth Element as his all-time favorite fictional character.
