X2 @ Sloan’s lake is an interesting project as it is converting a 12,000 sq.ft office building into a 46 unit apartment complex. This project features a renovation of an old office and an addition to the same complex. It will feature 22 units in the existing building and 24 units in the new addition. This apartment complex will feature modern amenities along with onsite parking for residents.
EVstudio was hired for full AE services after the developer had hired EVstudio to complete the sister property X1 @ Sloan’s Lake adjacent to the project. We look forward to the seeing the final design constructed and families thriving in the units.
