EVstudio designed an advanced 180,000-square-foot industrial facility in Jefferson County, Colorado, showcasing our expertise in tilt-up construction and industrial architecture. Spanning over 12 acres, this state-of-the-art development features two core-and-shell buildings optimized for operational efficiency, flexibility, and scalability. The design emphasizes functionality while integrating innovative solutions tailored to the demands of industrial and commercial use.
Our multi-disciplinary team collaborated closely with the ownership group to deliver comprehensive industrial design services, including concept renderings, strategic space planning, entitlements, and detailed construction documents. We addressed critical factors such as utility infrastructure, traffic flow optimization, and structural durability to ensure the facility meets industry-leading standards. This project exemplifies EVstudio’s dedication to delivering exceptional results in industrial facility design and development.

Elevation 25 includes two tilt-up core and shell buildings in Mead, CO, each spanning approximately 90,000 square feet. These commercial spaces are built-to-spec to meet the unique needs of the client, providing flexible and efficient layouts for future tenants. Our team has collaborated closely with the ownership group to deliver concept renderings, space planning, entitlements, and planning submittal documents to ensure the project proceeds smoothly and on schedule.

Sun Creek RV Park Clubhouse

EVstudio partnered with a local developer to design a distinctive clubhouse that provides top-tier amenities for a premier RV park in Caldwell, ID. The clubhouse is an essential component of the RV park, offering a range of features to enhance the experience for residents and visitors. The building includes restrooms, laundry facilities, gathering spaces, a golf simulator, gym, leasing office, and a sports court, all designed to serve the needs of the RV park community. This combination of functional spaces elevates the park’s amenities, making it a sought-after destination for RV travelers.
The building was constructed using pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), capitalizing on the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of PEMB structures. By utilizing the simplicity of PEMB components, the design creatively arranges a series of rectangular shapes to form a uniquely shaped and highly functional building. This innovative approach not only ensures quick construction and structural durability but also aligns with the project’s sustainability goals and provides a modern aesthetic.
This RV park clubhouse design sets a new standard for community spaces within recreational vehicle parks, offering both comfort and convenience. The flexible layout and thoughtful design integrate seamlessly into the natural surroundings, enhancing the RV park’s appeal. Mission Ridge Gun Range and Academy
Mission Ridge Gun Range and Academy

EVstudio collaborated with Mission Ridge to deliver exceptional architectural and engineering services for their new gun range and shop facility in Plano, TX, marking the expansion of their operations from San Antonio. This cutting-edge, 31,000-square-foot facility is a premier destination for shooting sports enthusiasts, featuring a well-appointed retail space, classrooms for firearm training, gunsmith facilities, an archery range, a simulation room, a VIP lounge, and multiple shooting ranges, including (2) 25-yard ranges, (1) 17-yard range, and (1) 100-yard range.
The facility was designed with durability and functionality in mind, utilizing concrete tilt panels and a steel bar joist roof structure to ensure longevity and safety. EVstudio’s expertise in gun range design is evident in the strategic layout, which optimizes operational flow and enhances the customer experience. As a leader in Texas gun range design, EVstudio is proud to support Mission Ridge’s mission of providing a safe, state-of-the-art environment for firearms education, practice, and recreation.

Broomfield Tech Park
Broomfield Tech Park

EVstudio completed the design of a nine-building, 100,000+ SF flex industrial complex, catering to a diverse range of retail, office, and light industrial tenants. The business office park features Type IIB construction, with all buildings fully sprinklered and equipped for core and shell permits. Each building includes a mezzanine level, with footprints ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 SF, optimizing the use of the narrow site while providing versatile spaces for tenants.
The design offers a range of lease options, with units starting at 2,000 SF, making it ideal for businesses of various sizes. Customizable facades allow for operational and aesthetic flexibility, ensuring that tenants can personalize their spaces to suit their needs. Additionally, EVstudio completed the tenant buildout designs for three of the spaces, further enhancing the adaptability of the complex. This project demonstrates our expertise in creating flexible, functional, and attractive business office park designs that support diverse industries.
