Celebrating Team Culture Through Music
At EVstudio, Spirit Week brings our team together through fun, connection, and friendly competition. Every year, employees look forward to one tradition above all others: karaoke.
This year’s karaoke event took place on the 7th floor of the EVstudio building. As a result, the space quickly transformed into a lively stage filled with music, laughter, and encouragement. Team members gathered to support one another and celebrate the culture that makes EVstudio unique.
EVstudio believes that strong teams build great projects. Therefore, events like Spirit Week help strengthen relationships across studios and departments. Our commitment to collaboration extends beyond project work and into the experiences we share together. Our EVstudio EValues:

A Yearly Tradition Everyone Anticipates
Karaoke has become a beloved annual Spirit Week tradition. Each year, EVers step outside their comfort zones and take the microphone. Some choose classic rock songs. Others select country hits, pop favorites, or crowd-pleasing anthems.
Most importantly, everyone participates in the spirit of fun. The event creates memorable moments while encouraging confidence and camaraderie. Furthermore, karaoke gives employees an opportunity to showcase talents that rarely appear during the workday.
EVers Take the Stage
Several talented EVers entertained the crowd with memorable performances throughout the afternoon.
This year’s performers included:
- Roxanne Jacobson, R.A.
- Eric Remelius, Associate Director, Production Housing Studio
- Austin Bates, Commercial Studio Project Manager
- Tallyn Sherman, Job Captain
- Jeff Scott, R.A., Project Architect
- Eathan Cranmer, Architectural Drafter
- Chantz Wallace, Marketing Manager
- Alexis Mullen-Donald, Administrative Assistant
Each performer brought energy and personality to the stage. Meanwhile, coworkers cheered enthusiastically from the audience. The supportive atmosphere reflected the collaborative culture that defines EVstudio.
Building Connections Beyond Projects
While karaoke provides entertainment, it also serves a larger purpose. Team-building activities help employees connect across disciplines and offices. Consequently, these connections strengthen communication and collaboration throughout the year.
Spirit Week reminds us that successful organizations depend on strong relationships. Events like karaoke create shared experiences that bring people together. In addition, they reinforce EVstudio’s commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
As another Spirit Week comes to a close, the memories remain. The music, laughter, and encouragement made this year’s karaoke event another outstanding success. We already look forward to next year’s performance lineup and another opportunity to celebrate the people who make EVstudio such a special place to work.
