At roughly 84 DU/Acre, the design offers units with floor-to-ceiling glass, stunning interior finishes, interior parking, and ultra-contemporary penthouse suites. With coordinated Architecture and Engineering, the design features of this building evolved organically with inputs from our experts in all of the building sciences to be clean, coordinated and cost-effective for the high quality of product offered. Having Structural, MEP and Civil engineers heavily involved throughout the Schematic Design process served the developer well as they were able to ascertain highly accurate pricing much earlier in the process.
