Animas Contemporary: EVstudio Engineering at the 2026 Parade of Homes
The 2026 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is underway, and EVstudio helped bring several featured homes to life. One of those homes is the Animas Contemporary, built by Toll Brothers in Gold Hill.
EVstudio provided structural engineering for this three-level model home. The result shows how smart design and engineering can maximize an efficient footprint.
EVstudio at the 2026 Parade of Homes
The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes showcases newly built homes throughout El Paso County. This year’s event features 34 homes, including the Animas Contemporary as Home #21.
The Parade runs September 11–27, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Homes are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Visitors can explore new approaches to architecture, construction, interior design, and homebuilding. The event also highlights the builders and trades working behind the scenes.
Step Inside the Animas Contemporary
Located at 1740 Keystone Crest Lane in Gold Hill, the Animas Contemporary was built by Toll Brothers. The model offers 1,733 finished square feet, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
The three-level layout makes efficient use of every floor. A cozy foyer leads into an open main living level anchored by a spacious great room.
Open Living Meets Everyday Function
The great room connects to a covered deck, extending the living space outdoors. Nearby, the kitchen features a large center island, pantry, and ample counter and cabinet space.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a walk-in closet and private bath. A dual-sink vanity, shower, and private water closet complete the space. Two additional bedrooms share a full hall bath.
The home also places laundry on the bedroom level for added convenience. Meanwhile, another bedroom and hall bath sit on the lower level near the everyday entry.
