Preamble 279 + ADU: EVstudio Work Featured in the 2026 Parade of Homes
The 2026 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is underway, and EVstudio is proud to have contributed to several homes in this year’s lineup.
One of those homes is the Preamble 279 + ADU, built by Classic Homes in Sterling Ridge. EVstudio supported the project as a subcontractor, contributing to a home designed around flexibility, efficient living, and changing household needs.

Hosted by the Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association, the Parade of Homes is celebrating its 72nd year. The 2026 event features 34 homes across the Colorado Springs area, from attainable housing to luxury custom homes.
The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes runs September 11–27, 2026. Homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Among this year’s lineup is the Preamble 279 + ADU by Classic Homes.
Preamble 279 + ADU Makes Room for More
Located at 8760 Naperville Heights in Sterling Ridge, the Preamble 279 + ADU pairs an efficient primary residence with a detached accessory dwelling unit.
The main residence offers 1,841 square feet, while the 489-square-foot ADU sits above the detached two-car garage. Together, the model offers 2,341 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
