Washington Park Villa – Denver, Colorado
This project is a residence in the Washington Park neighborhood in Denver. It has over 5,500 square feet of finished space in a Mediterranean style villa. It features a two story great room, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a rec room with adjacent theater room, a wine room and bar, a multi-level terrace and custom archways and ceilings throughout. The also commissioned EVstudio to design another residence in Breckenridge, Colorado.
