A Tradition That Keeps EVolving
EVstudio’s Annual Beach Day continues to grow and adapt each year. This event has truly been EVolving over time. What started small now brings together teams, clients, and families.
Originally, Beach Day centered around spring skiing and mountain gatherings. However, it has become much more than that. Today, it serves as a social hub for connection and celebration. Teams invite clients, friends, and partners to join the fun.
Importantly, you do not need to ski or ride to attend. Some guests hit the slopes, while others relax. Either way, everyone enjoys the experience. It is a party, after all, so fun remains the priority.

This Year: A Strategic Pivot to Denver
This year brought an unexpected twist. Due to a lack of snow, we pivoted plans. Instead of heading to the mountains, we gathered in the city. The team hosted Beach Day at Avanti Food & Beverage in Denver. This vibrant venue offered a fresh take on the tradition.
Although the setting changed, the energy remained strong. The event still delivered connection, laughter, and great conversations. Additionally, we expanded our reach through new partnerships. We collaborated with BizDevSki, GTC, Symmetri, and AFS.
As a result, the event welcomed an even broader network. This collaboration created new opportunities for relationship building.
Last Year: Sunshine, Snow, and Scenic Views
Last year delivered the classic Beach Day experience. We kicked off the first Friday of May with a scenic drive. Winding mountain roads led us to Arapahoe Basin Ski Area.
Blue skies and towering peaks set the tone early. The journey itself felt like part of the celebration.
At Beach Spot #10, the group gathered under bright sunshine. Fresh powder and bluebird skies created the perfect backdrop. Some attendees carved runs, while others relaxed slope-side.
Meanwhile, Roxanne’s sons ran the grill. They served burgers, hot dogs, and all the fixings. Their energy kept everyone fueled and smiling.
Building Meaningful Connections
Beach Day continues to strengthen relationships across networks. These moments highlight the event’s deeper value. Friends, families, and colleagues all joined together. Consequently, the event felt more like a community gathering than a company outing.
A Tradition Rooted in Simplicity
This beloved tradition began with Dean Dalvit. In the early days, he hosted casual gatherings with simple setups. Over time, the event grew into a cornerstone of EVstudio culture.
Despite its growth, the core spirit remains unchanged. The focus stays on people, connection, and shared experiences.

Although this year required a pivot, the outcome remained a success. The change in venue proved that Beach Day is more than a location. It is a mindset and a community experience.
