EVstudio Hits the Greens for a Great Cause at CHFA’s 2026 Golf Tournament
A beautiful Colorado backdrop, great company, and an even greater cause! On September 16, EVstudio joined fellow industry professionals for the 2026 CHFA David W. Herlinger Golf Tournament at Arrowhead Golf Course in Littleton, Colorado.
Our team enjoyed a day of golf, networking, and supporting an organization making a meaningful difference in Colorado communities.
EVstudio Teams Up with Pinkard Construction
Representing EVstudio were Roxanne Jacobson, R.A., Principal and Housing Director, and Rae Valdez, Senior Project Manager on our Production Housing team.
Roxanne and Rae teamed up with Tony Burke and Mike Hager of Pinkard Construction for the tournament. Together, they enjoyed a day on one of Colorado’s most scenic golf courses, surrounded by Arrowhead’s spectacular red rock formations.
Beyond the beautiful setting, the event provided an opportunity to connect with industry partners who share our commitment to housing and community development.
Supporting Colorado Communities Through CHFA
The annual CHFA David W. Herlinger Golf Tournament honors the organization’s former Executive Director. It celebrates his dedication to CHFA’s mission while raising funds for Colorado nonprofits.
This year’s tournament raised an impressive $110,000 for Project Diakonia, a Colorado Springs nonprofit supporting underserved youth through vocational training and education.
Building Opportunities for the Next Generation
Project Diakonia helps young adults ages 17–24 develop valuable skills through hands-on construction training, mentorship, jobsite experience, and employment support.
Its programs serve young people facing significant barriers, including homelessness and transitions out of foster care. By providing practical skills and career opportunities, the organization helps participants build pathways toward greater stability and independence.
For those of us working in architecture, engineering, construction, and multifamily housing, supporting the next generation of skilled professionals is especially meaningful.
Strengthening Partnerships Beyond the Golf Course
