Construction started last month on the new City of Liberty Hill administration building which is being building on an infill lot located in the old downtown area of Liberty Hill. The foundation slab is complete and the CMU elevator shaft is about halfway finished. Framing and parking lot paving will be starting within the next two weeks.
This design build project that is being built by Gilger Contractors which consists of a 5,171 S.F. 2 story wood framed building that will have a second floor balcony overlooking Main Street. The facility will eventually house multiple city departs which will include: the Mayor, City Manager, City Planner, City finance department, City secretary and the billing department. The following image is rendering of the completed look of the building. We are looking forward to a construction completion and move in for the end of November.
