Fully integrated expertise for office projects.
The design of high quality, well-planned office space directly results in owner equity as well as individual business success. We understand how important it is to balance lease-able square footage with construction costs to put together a successful project for just about any budget. We also understand how a building is supposed to function over the course of its life, the operating costs involved, and how to maximize your investment with every design decision we make. Whether you are planning a full-scale office campus, a single-tenant small TI space, or a medical office space, we want to talk to you.

Large Produce Supplier
Large Produce Supplier

This project was for one of the largest produce suppliers in California. It consisted of a large demolition of the existing building with new construction of over a hundred thousand (100,000+) square feet. The primary use is that of a processing line, packaging, and refrigerated warehouse. Additional items associated with the use of the building were included in the design such as offices, truck docks, equipment facilities, etc.

Coachillin
Coachillin

Coachillin Cannabusiness Park is a hub of cannabis-related businesses located in Desert Hot Springs, CA. The team at EVstudio in Idaho (formerly neUdesign Architecture) functioned as the architect for code analysis and architectural drawings and design team lead. We worked on four buildings on three parcels in this development.
Two parcels are processing and extraction, the third parcel is a private club restaurant/bar plus welcome center. Our team is experienced in the unique knowledge required of the cannabis industry, specifically in the area of HVAC and understanding how to store hazardous chemicals used in the extraction process. As well as the many regulations surrounding the industry.
Our experience in cannabis design has allowed us to work on several cannabis-related projects; including grow houses, processing, and extraction facilities throughout California.

Gramercy Plaza
Gramercy Plaza

Gramercy Plaza is a 3-Story building, about 30,000sf, located in the Gramercy Subdivision of Meridian. The building was designed as a core and shell building with leasable spaces. The building exterior is designed with a mix of stucco and brick, fitting into the surrounding neighborhood. A rhythm of undulation was created with brick columns and arches, taller corner features, and metal awnings at the corners and entry.
The facility included a common area 2-Story lobby, as well as a common restroom core. Since construction, the building has filled up with tenants and is fully occupied. A second mirror-image building is under construction now and is located directly south of this building, with an estimated completion date in 2020. Space is still available in the second building.

DaBell Oral Surgery
DaBell Oral Surgery

DaBell’s Oral Surgery Center is a custom-designed, 4,700 sf, two-story healthcare facility with patient receiving, lab, exam rooms, surgery rooms, nurse’s station, and recovery on the ground floor and the future purposing of private offices above. The client wanted an inviting “rustic” office building that complimented its surrounding community while standing apart from other structures.
Utilizing large stained timbers as part of the façade, partnered with natural earthy stucco tones and a cultured stone wainscot helped to achieve the desired effect. Building undulations and projections paired with large glass windows further accomplished the overall goal by bringing the outdoors inside. Care was taken with the interior design of the building as well, to make each detail of the interior as deliberate as the exterior.
As one enters the facility, they are welcomed with a view of a warm curvilinear reception desk, coffered ceiling, and rich finishes all around. Overall, the structure is a manifestation of our natural environment brought down to a human scale to put the clientele at ease while they are enduring the facility’s services.
