The Greystone: EVstudio Design Featured in the 2026 Parade of Homes
The 2026 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is underway, giving visitors a chance to step inside some of the region’s newest homes. This year, The Greystone, a custom home designed by LGA Studio, is part of the lineup.
LGA Studio was recently acquired by EVstudio, bringing its residential design experience into the EVstudio team. The Greystone is one example of that work and a chance to see the design in person.
Experience the 2026 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes
Hosted by the Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association, the Parade of Homes celebrates its 72nd year in 2026. The event features 34 homes throughout the Colorado Springs area, ranging from attainable housing to custom luxury residences.
The Parade runs September 11–27, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with homes closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Tickets are $18 for ages 16 and older, while children 15 and younger are free.
Visitors can explore new ideas in home design, building, technology, and finishes while seeing the work of local industry professionals.
